Ingredient:
3 medium red potatoes, peeled
salt and freshly ground black pepper
garlic, herbs, optional
1 or 2 tablespoons oil
Direction
1. Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F). Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the potatoes into 1/8 inch thick round slices.
2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the potato slices for 3-5 minutes. Drain and mix with oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings (garlic, marjoram, basil, etc.)
3. Place the potato slices on the prepared baking tray in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Gently remove the crumbs and place on a cooling rack or parchment; Let cool for a few minutes and they are ready to serve.
