Form a large loaf
1 pound (500 g) white flour potatoes (about 3-4 medium potatoes)
4 cups bread flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup (120-140 ml) water from boiled potatoes
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons (30g) oil (olive or sunflower oil)
25 g fresh yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
