Parmesan Baked Potatoes is an easy to prepare side dish that is delicious and healthy. Using Parmesan and butter is one of the best ways to cook potatoes for young children.

How To Make Baked Potatoes

Ingredient:

Makes about 3 servings

1 pound (500 g) young potatoes, washed and halved
3 1/2 tablespoons (50 g) butter
1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan, crushed
garlic powder
other seasonings (rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc.), optional

Direction

1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).

2. Melt the butter and then pour into the baking tray and spread it all over the underside.

3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and other seasonings all over the butter.

4. Place half of the potato face down in the butter and seasoning.

5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
