Hot chocolate with red wine is a must-have during the cold season. Who doesn’t enjoy a cup of hot chocolate? Or a hot wine? To combine these two is simply amazing.

Ingredient:
Make about 1-2 servings
3 teaspoons unsweetened black cocoa powder
4 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup of milk
a little salt
Direction
1. Heat the wine over low heat. ** Preheating the wine is optional, only do it if you want to reduce the alcohol level. If not, just add the wine on top of the cocoa and milk mixture, and bring everything to a boil.
2. Meanwhile in a bowl combine cocoa powder with sugar and salt. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons milk and stir to combine. Add the rest of the milk, stir, and then add the wine. Bring to a boil occasionally while whisking.
3. Pour into your serving cup and serve.
