How To Make Roasted Potato & Cheese Tater Tots - Recipe

Ingredient

Produces about 45 tater tots
23 oz (650g) red skin potatoes
3/4 cup (75g) Cheddar cheese, grated
2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1/2 teaspoon (1g) black pepper
pour olive oil on top

1. Scrub the potatoes well and boil until soft. Remove from water and set aside to cool.

2. Preheat oven to 230C (450F). Line the baking sheet with a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.

3. When the potatoes are cooled, peel and grate them with a large hole grater. Transfer them to a large bowl.

4. Add cheese, salt and pepper onion and stir to combine.

5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of potato mixture into your hands and form into a cylinder about 1 inch long. Place on baking sheet and repeat until all notes are formed.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the tater tots. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
