Who doesn’t love pizza, especially if it’s made to a bite-size shape. Homemade butter dough topping the pizza, rolled into small pieces and served hot is simply irresistible. These pizza pinwheels will make a great appetizer for any party or family gathering.

Flour
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
7 oz (200g) avocado, chilled, cut into cubes
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup (55 ml) milk
10g fresh yeast (1 teaspoon active dry yeast)
1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
pour until it’s full
Tomato pizza sauce
1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese
3 oz (80g) slices of Pepperoni
To brush teeth
1 small egg, beaten

1. Dissolve fresh yeast in milk. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add the butter and use a fork or a pastry knife to cut the butter until it is no larger than a pea.
2. Add the dissolved yeast and eggs to the flour mixture. Knead until all the dough is combined.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for yeast to develop.

5. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
6. On a dough surface, divide the dough into two parts. Roll each piece into a 15×10 inch (40x25cm) rectangle.
7. Spread tomato pizza sauce, half Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan cheese and slices of pepperoni over each dough piece.
8. Roll out dough and slice 1 inch (2.5 cm).
9. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment. Whip with eggs.
10. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden brown.
11. Served with tomato pizza sauce and fresh basil leaves.
