Earth’s crust
32 (330g) Oreo cookies, whole
1/2 cup (110g) butter, melted
Chocolate filling
Milk Chocolate 7 oz (200g)
3.5 oz (100g) bitter chocolate (55-70% cocoa)
Concentrated cream 7 oz (200 ml)
Cover the food
10 oz (300g) fresh strawberries
chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, etc.), optional
Direction
1. Place oreo biscuits (with filling, no need to remove this time) in the bowl of a food processor and mix until crumbs form. Add melted butter and pour over the crushed biscuits. Treat until evenly moist. Press the cookie mixture with the back of a spoon and your fingers if necessary, into the bottom and sides of a 5×14 inch (12 x 36 cm) rectangular tart pan. Freeze until you’ve prepared the filling, just a few minutes.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream over medium-low for a few minutes until hot. No need to boil or simmer. Remove from heat, pour chopped chocolate on top and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Stir until dissolved.
3. Pour the chocolate filling over the oreo crust, and top with fresh strawberries.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before using.
