Ingredient:
For yeast dough:
125 ml milk (½ cup)
100 g butter or margarine (3½ oz)
500 g flour (4 cups + 2 tablespoons)
20 grams of fresh yeast
50 g sugar (¼ cup)
8 g vanilla sugar (¼ oz)
2 eggs (size M)
For filling:
80 g vanilla pudding powder (2¾ oz)
750 ml milk (3 cups + 2 tablespoons)
80 g sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon)
1 vanilla bean
100 g raisins (⅔ cup)
For apricots:
4 tablespoons apricot jam
2 tablespoons water
Bake for about 15 minutes per baking sheet:
Top/bottom heat: approx. 200 °C / 392 °F
Convection: about 180°C / 356°F
