Nutella Homemade – Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Spread – more nuts, less sweet than the store bought variety. Not only the hazelnuts are toasted, but the sugar is also turned into caramel and gives it a wonderfully rich flavor. The nuts and caramel are then turned into a thick paste before continuing with the recipe.
