4 eggs
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
2/3 cup (160ml) milk
1 cup (240g) plain yogurt
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

Clafoutis purists will tell you that only recipes made with cherries can carry the name ‘Clafoutis’. Technically, if you make it with a fruit other than a cherry, it’s called a flaugnarde. This recipe can be made with raspberries, blueberries, prunes, apples, or pears.
You can make this dessert a day in advance, leaving it in the fridge overnight. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it in an airtight container for up to 3 months. You can skip winter nights in the fridge.
Be sure to mix the dough until all ingredients are well combined. You can use blender for this purpose.
