This Homemade Turkish Bread is better than pizza. The perfect meatless lunch everyone will enjoy. You will want to cook it again and again! The recipe is extremely simple and delicious.

How to make Turkish bread


Ingredient:

15 grams yeast
2 tablespoons flour
150ml milk
150ml water
420g flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter

Making

Beat the dough with salt and yeast.

Step 1
Add warm water and milk and mix well until liquid is absorbed.

Step 2
Add olive oil and mix until a smooth dough forms (about 10 minutes). Roll dough into a ball, coat with vegetable oil and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Step 3
When the dough has risen, cut into 6 parts and roll each part.

Step 4
Roll out each flatbread and place on a preheated pan over medium-high. Cook for 5-6 minutes (2.5-3 minutes on each side). As you flip each flatbread, it will rise to form a pocket in the middle.

Step 5
Oil each hot bread, then sprinkle with parsley and chili peppers.
