INGREDIENT:
1 egg
2 bananas
55g sugar
130ml milk
2g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
160g pastry flour or all-purpose flour
6g (2/3 tbsp) baking powder
50ml cooking oil
10g unsalted butter
15g sugar
Small pan 20cm
Method
Melt butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan.
