This creamy salmon tagliatelle recipe, packed with delicious, juicy salmon chunks, is a great choice for a healthy meal.

Method
Preheat oven to 220°C/428°F/Gas Mark 7. Place salmon on a lined baking tray and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Boil 1 liter of salted water. Add the pot of vegetable and onion broth, then stir and add the tagliatelle. Bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the peas to the pasta pan and cook for 3 minutes until the peas and pasta are tender. Drain the pasta, leaving only some of the broth at the bottom of the pan.
Return the pasta to the pan with the crème fraiche. Remove the salmon from the skin and add each piece to the pan. Gently stir to combine. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
