How to Cook Grilled Chicken

Ingredient:

Chicken
parsley
musk
garlic powder
oregano
paprika
salt
pepper
half a lemon
potato
shallot
oil

Instruct

Step 1 Wash the chicken pieces
To prepare this easy chicken recipe, rinse the chicken pieces and poke them with a fork. Now, in a large bowl, combine the hanging curds, ginger powder, garlic powder, olive oil, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, and garam masala. Stir all ingredients together until well blended.

Step 2 Bake and serve hot!
Now add the chicken pieces and spread the masala mixture all over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours. Once done, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and place them on a baking tray. Bake them for 1 hour, flipping them after 30 minutes so both sides can cook evenly. Check that the chicken is fully cooked by removing a piece and cutting it with a knife. Serve hot with salad or dipping sauce.
