Ingredients for cooking pork ribs hot pot:
– 6 to 8 pieces of beef short ribs
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 3 cups beef broth
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 or 2 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions for making slow cooker ribs:
1. Marinate beef ribs with plenty of salt. Grill beef ribs in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Fry all sides of the ribs until they reach a golden brown color to your liking.
2. Pour beef broth, Worcestershire and seasoning into the crock pot. Add rosemary.
3. Cook the beef ribs for 6 to 8 hours or until the beef ribs come apart.
4. You can make beef gravy with beef ribs by adding a TBS of cornstarch. Use 2 cups beef rib stock and simmer with 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
