1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup (100g) flour
1/4 cup (25g) almond flour

1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
To make apple filling
1 pound (450g) apples, about 3 medium apples, peeled and cored
1 tablespoon (15g) sugar
1 teaspoon (3g) cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon (1g) nutmeg
2 tablespoons (20g) all-purpose flour

1/4 cup (25g) oats
1/4 cup (25g) almond flour
1/4 cup (30g) flour
1/4 cup (56g) butter, melted
1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon (1g) ground cinnamon
Instruct
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and line a 9”-x-13” pan with parchment paper, then grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until light and smooth. Add flour and salt and mix until just combined.
Step 2
Press into prepared pan about 1/2″. Bake until lightly golden, 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Spread apples on crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pecans, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter until it forms a coarse mass.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over apples and bake until top is golden and apples are tender, about 1 hour.
