Ingredient
2/3 cup (100g) Feta cheese, crumbled
1′ cup (100g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup (100g) Gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (1g) dried oregano leaves
2 eggs
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
1/3 cup (50g) breadcrumbs for coating
Vegetable oil for frying
Instruct
In a large bowl, combine crumbled Feta with grated Cheddar, Gouda and Parmesan cheeses.
Add the flour, dried oregano, two eggs, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir in cheese mixture until well combined.
Using a cookie scoop, form balls 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter and place on a plate.
In a medium nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Use enough oil to cover half of the cheese ball.
Roll the cheese balls in breadcrumbs and fry in batches until crispy and golden on all sides.
Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like marinara sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili jam or as a side dish. Enjoy!
