How to Make Tender Belle cake

Recipe and ingredients:

For powder:
4 eggs
Pinch
170g (3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon) sugar
170g (1 cup) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
30g (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
40ml (3 tablespoons) boiling water
Baking pan 18x28cm
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F (180°C)

For jam:
500g strawberries
60g (4 tablespoons) sugar
50ml (1/5 cup) water
30g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch
100ml (2/5 cup) water

For cream:
300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
200g (1 cup) 33% fat cream
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
