● Kumquat?
It is a citrus fruit belonging to the Rutaceae family and is native to central China and grown in Far East Asia, Australia and the Americas. It is about the size of a quail egg, yellow or dark orange in color, soft shell, sweet, and sour flesh. It has 65 kcal per 100g and is rich in carotene, potassium and calcium. It is eaten raw (with the peel) or made into jam, and is also used in cakes such as jams and marmalades.
People often eat fruits with the peel. Compared to conventional fruits that have sweet pulp and bitter skin, Geum persimmons have sweet skin and sour taste.

Kumquats contain large amounts of vitamin C, which helps improve skin, reduce fatigue, and prevent colds. In particular, kumquat peel contains more vitamin C than the flesh, and also contains galactan and flavonoids, which help relieve coughs and inflammation.
