2 cups (480ml) milk
2 tablespoons (30g) sugar
2 tablespoons (30g) sugar

1/4 cup (30g) cornmeal
1 tablespoon (10g) flour
3 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
2 teaspoons (10g) vanilla extract
For gelatin
2½ teaspoons (8g) gelatin powder
3 tablespoons (45ml) cold water

For Meringue
3 egg whites, at room temperature
2/3 cup (135g) sugar
1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt

chocolate glaze
6 oz (180g) half a week chocolate
3/4 cup (180g) whipped cream
2 tablespoons (37ml) milk
2½ tablespoons (37g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
