Today I made a really special tiramisu.
This particular tiramisu has a fatal flaw.
That. A very special tiramisu!
The perfect blend of mascarpone and coffee flavors!
There’s even a secret recipe!
Once you’ve eaten it, you won’t be able to stop.
It’s very good.

How to make chocolate with paper cups
●Standard measuring cup
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1 teaspoon
1 egg (without shell) 53 g
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate, powdered before sifting)
● Tiramisu (190ml paper cup, 6 pieces)
● Chocolate Cup
250g mixed chocolate (1 cup + 1/2 cup)

100g hot water (1/3 cup + 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon)

10ml Amaretto (Almond extract, dark rum, kahlua can be substituted)
** Amaretto is a liqueur made from almonds.
This is a typical Italian liqueur, made with almonds that have been thinly sliced and soaked in alcohol.
It is famous for its unique sweet taste and almond flavor. However, over time, products are being made using various types of kernels such as apricot kernels, peach seeds, and others.
It has a similar scent to almond extract and is often used as a substitute for the baking process.
Adding Amaretto will enhance the flavor of the tiramisu.
