INGREDIENT

▢4 pieces of hamburgers
▢4 slices of cheese
▢8 slices of bacon
▢4 tablespoons chia butter
4 eggs
4 lettuce leaves
▢4 cakes
▢Beef seasoning seasoning

INSTRUCT

Preheat gas oven to high heat. When the temperature reaches 350-400 degrees F, place the burgers on the grill.
Grill the first side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown and slightly charred. Flip the burger. Cook for an additional 6 minutes or until desired doneness. When you have a minute left to bake, place a slice of cheese on top of the burger and let it melt.
While cooking the burgers, you’ll want to fry the eggs in a skillet on the stovetop or on the grill. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. When the butter is foaming, crack the eggs into the pan, placing them about 2 inches apart.
Reduce heat to low and season eggs with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook until the whites are thickened and the yolks begin to firm around the edges, about 5 minutes.
You’ll also want to prepare the bacon according to package instructions while cooking the burgers.
While the burgers are cooking butter the inside of the bun with 2 tablespoons of butter. Place the buns buttered side down on the grill to toast the bread. Remove from the grill when they are lightly toasted.
When the burgers are done, remove the toast from the grill and top with lettuce, bacon, and eggs!
