30ml (2 tablespoons) milk
300g (2 cups) sour cherries

90g (6 tablespoons) sugar
40g (4 tablespoons) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) milk
150g (2/3 cup) softened butter
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours

150g chocolate
75g (3 tablespoons) butter.
