For powder:
3 eggs
Pinch
130g (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) sugar
60g (3 tablespoons) butter
110ml (2/5 cup + 1 tablespoon) milk
160g (1 cup) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan 18x28cm
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F (180°C)
To make the apple filling:
approximately 1 kg of apples
Juice of 1 lemon
90g (6 tablespoons) sugar
15g (1.5 tablespoons) cornstarch
For cream:
300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
200g (1 cup) 33% fat cream
60g (4 tablespoons) sugar
