2 tablespoons powdered sugar

50g white chocolate

3 lemons (approximately 500g)
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
30g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch
100g (4 tablespoons) butter
300g (1.5 cups) 33% fat cream
30g (2 tablespoons) sugar
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours
100g white chocolate
