Ingredient:

2 eggs
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 cup (250 g) cream
1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2.5 oz (70 g) chopped bitter chocolate

Direction

1. Place eggs and sugar in an insulated bowl. Place over pan of boiling water and beat for 6-8 minutes with a whisk until thick and pale in color.

2. Add vanilla extract and let cool slightly. You can transfer to another bowl to cool faster.

3. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Make sure the frozen ice cream is cool and refrigerated for at least 24 hours before whipping, or it may not whip well. Add Nutella and cocoa powder and mix to combine. Gently knead through the egg mixture until well combined.

4. Transfer to a covered storage container and place in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
