How To Make Creamy Chocolate Pudding

If you like pudding and chocolate, this creamy chocolate pudding will call you. It is the best of all puddings ever. So creamy and delicious, you will simply love it. The use of chocolate and cocoa powder makes this pudding very fragrant and flavorful. Try it, it’s absolutely irresistible.

How To Make Creamy Chocolate Pudding

Makes 3-4 servings

2 cups (500 ml) whole milk
3 tablespoons (40 ml) heavy cream
1.8 oz (50 g) dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon (10g) rice flour
2 tablespoons (15g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoons (20g) corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (100g) sugar


1. Put the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and rice flour in a medium saucepan. Add milk gradually and beat until well combined. Put on medium heat.

2. Cook stirring constantly, until pudding is bubbly and thickened. Stir in chopped chocolate and cream. Once the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat, add the vanilla and beat until blended.

3. Pour into the dessert dishes.

4. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
