3 eggs
1/3 cup (70g) sugar
3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons (30ml) Orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau)

5.5 oz (150g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup (120g) whipped cream
2/3 cup (160g) whipping cream (35% fat), chilled
1 teaspoon (4g) gelatin powder
1 tablespoon (20ml) cold water
