Element
2 1/2 cups (310g) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon (2g) salt
3/4 cup (180ml) warm milk
1 tablespoon (15g) sugar
15 g fresh yeast (1 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast)
2 tablespoons (30g) butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
pour until it’s full
1/2 cup (150g) Nutella, room temperature
To brush teeth
1 small egg, beaten
1. In a medium bowl, stir the fresh yeast with the sugar until it liquefies. Stir in the warm milk and then add the beaten eggs and melted butter.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients and start kneading
until it pulls away from the edges of the bowl. Give the dough the shape of a ball. Pour cooking oil over a clean bowl, add flour and cover with cling film. Let it rest for about 1 hour at room temperature (warm space) until it doubles in size.
3. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about 20×12 inches (50x30cm) with a rolling pin.
4. Apply Nutella evenly. Cut into 6 long strips.
5. Stack 3 strips on top of each other, so you have 2 stacks of 3 strips.
6. Cut each stack into 4 smaller stacks.
7. Place the stacks on a 9x5in (23x13cm) loaf liner lined with greaseproof paper. Cover the kitchen towel and let it rest
30 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
9. Whip the bread with the beaten egg.
10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Interesting!
