Today I will make and decorate a very eye-catching strawberry seed jelly.
I feel healed while doing it.

Strawberries have a nice shape but as far as I know there is a lot of water, the taste is not good.
However, this strawberry cake turned out to be too delicious even when it was made with unappetizing fruits.
Then I put the raw strawberries in the mascarpone chocolate mousse and pour in the strawberry jelly.
I also recorded a video on how to make strawberry syrup which is very simple but full of flavor.
I spread the syrup on the chocolate cake and it was delicious and flavorful.
Ingredient
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1 teaspoon
1 egg (without shell) 53 g
(Chocolate, powdered before sifting)
● Finished cake size (18cm * 18cm * 3.5cm /14cm*4.5cm*3.5cm, 5 pieces)
● Chocolate cake
(Mold: 19cm*19cm)
2 eggs
50 g sugar (4 tablespoons)
a little salt
2ml vanilla extract
50g cake flour (1/3 cup)
18g cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)
20 g milk (1 tbsp +1 tbsp)
20g unsalted butter (1 tbsp +1 tbsp)
● Mascarpone Chocolate Mousse Cream
2 yolks
25g sugar (2 tablespoons)
120g milk (1/2 cup)
2ml vanilla extract
3 g (1 teaspoon) powdered gelatin
15 g water (1 tablespoon)
160g dark chocolate (1 cup)
190g heavy cream (3/4 cup + 1 teaspoon)
135g mascarpone (2/3 cup)
● Strawberry syrup
30 g (2 tablespoons) water
20g Strawberry Jam (1 tbsp)
2ml strawberry liqueur (or 5ml lemon juice)
● Strawberry jelly (for cake)
150g strawberry flavored drink (2/3 cup)
15 g sugar (1 tablespoon)
6 g gelatin
(or 6g powdered gelatin + 30g water)
Food coloring (optional)
● Strawberry seed jelly (for decoration)
100g strawberry juice (1/3 cup + 1 teaspoon +1 teaspoon)
2 g (1 teaspoon) agar . powder
