15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1 teaspoon

♥ Finished cake size (19.5cm * 19.5cm * 10cm)

♥ Vanilla sponge cake
(Mold size: 15cm*15cm*7cm)

4 egg whites
110g sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
4 yolks
A little salt
4ml vanilla extract

40g milk (2 tbsp + 2 tbsp)
120g Cake Flour (3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)

40 g unsalted butter (2 tbsp + 2 tbsp)

♥ Soft and rich cheesecake
350g cream cheese (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
205g Unsweetened Yogurt (3/4 cup + 4 tablespoons)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)

10g lemon juice (2 teaspoons)

8g powdered gelatin (1 tablespoon)
40g water (2 tbsp + 2 tbsp)

200g heavy cream (50% whipped) (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons before whipping)

60g powdered gelatin (1/3 cup +1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp)
300g water (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
600g hot water (2 cups + 1/2 cup)
200g sugar (1 cup)
