Homemade pizza rolls are a great way to enjoy all the flavors of your favorite pizza, but in easy-to-eat, bite-sized pieces. You won’t forget this dish for sure.
Ingredient:
puff pastry – 800 g
ketchup -100 g
bacon – 200 g
parmesan cheese – 100 g
green onions – 100 g
salt – 5 g
black pepper 5 g
egg – 1 piece

Instruct
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)
Sprinkle flour over a large surface and roll out each pizza crust.
Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning directly over each crust.
Add the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and diced pepperoni, spread ½ inch from the edge of the crust.
Starting with a short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log.
Using a serrated knife or sharp pizza cutter, cut each roll into 1-inch sections.
Place pizza rolls on lightly greased pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
