How to Make Flourless Christmas Cake

Recipe and ingredients:

For meringue powder:
200g egg whites (4 – 5 eggs)
Pinch
200g (1.5 cups) powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
20g (2 tablespoons) cornstarch
Baking tray 32x37cm
Bake in preheated oven at 302°F (150°C) for 35 – 40 minutes

For cream:
300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
100g (1/2 cup) 33% fat cream
30g (2 tablespoons) sugar
100g raspberries

Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
