How to make great dishes from carrots

Ingredients and recipe:

✤ powder
– 200g Carrots
– 2 pinches of salt
– 130g Potato starch (wheat flour is better, X is corn starch)
– 20ml Water (when heating in the microwave)

✤ Spices
– 8g (1Tbsp) soy sauce
– 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce (can be replaced with 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce)
– 3g (1tsp) Sugar
– 3g (0.5Tbsp) Chili powder (can/can omit chili powder)
– 4g (1tsp) minced garlic
– 7g (1Tbsp) Chopped green onions
– 8g (1Tbsp) Unsweetened peanut butter
– 16g (2Tbsp) Avocado oil (other vegetable oils available)
– 32g (4Tbsp) Noodle boiling water

✤ Tips
– Boil carrots in a convenient way, such as in a microwave or steamer.
– The dough may dry out when forming, so cover it.
– You can shape, freeze and boil when you want to eat.
– Boiled can also be frozen, when eaten, reheated in the microwave or reboiled in water.
