Recipe and ingredients:
For powder:

1 teaspoon baking powder

For jam:
300g (2 cups) cherries
60g (4 tablespoons) sugar
25g (2.5 tablespoons) cornstarch
100ml (2/5 cup) water
For cream:
700g (3.5 cups) 33% fat cream
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
9g (3 teaspoons) gelatin
60ml (4 tablespoons) water
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours
