How To Make Blueberry Cream Cheese Buns

Ingredient
3 ¼ cups (400g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
2 ¼ teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast
1 cup (240ml) warm milk, divided equally
1 egg
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
1/4 cup (56g) butter, softened

10 oz (300g) cream cheese

3 tablespoons (24g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
To cover the top

Instruct
Prepare the dough.
In a large bowl, add yeast, 1 teaspoon (5g) sugar and 1/4 cup (60ml) warm milk. Let stand for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
