2 cups (200g) rolled oats
1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup (90g) honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter or coconut/vegetable oil
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
1⅔ cup (400g) buttermilk
1/3 cup (60g) chocolate chips/piece
2 tablespoons (35g) chocolate chips/cut for topping

Instruct

Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Butter the sides and bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan. Line pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add eggs and honey and beat well.

Add vanilla extract, peanut butter or vegetable oil and mix well.
