It’s a garlic cheese potato with a tangy flavor of garlic and cheese. It is not fried in oil, so you can enjoy it in a healthier way.
Ingredient:
1. Potatoes
2. Parmesan cheese
3. Minced Garlic
4. Bread crumbs
5. Oregano
6. Olive oil
7. Corn starch or potato starch
8. Red chili powder
Method
1. Cut young potatoes (or Rudolph potatoes into cubes) in half. If you are using Rudolph potatoes, you can leave the skin on or peel the potatoes, depending on your preference.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes until boiling.
3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
4. Once partially cooked, drain the potatoes with a colander and pour into a large pyrex-style baking dish.
5. Pour double cream and sprinkle minced garlic on top. Using a spatula, flip the potatoes, mixing the cream and garlic until each potato is coated.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture, covering the mixture.
7. Place the plate in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden.
8. Serve immediately.
