Making
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10×15 inch baking pan with the vegetables.
Step 2
Combine golden cake mix, eggs, water, vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until really smooth, scraping the edges of the bowl as needed. Grate the dough into the prepared baking pan. Smooth the top of the dough, shake the pan and tap the counter side 2 or 3 times to remove air bubbles.
Step 3
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 22 minutes. Let the cake cool on the pan for at least 30 minutes. Use a bamboo skewer or wooden spoon handle to poke holes in the cake.
Step 4
Place condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl; Slowly pour the milk syrup all over the cake. The syrup will soak into the cake. Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or preferably overnight).
Step 5
Beat cream with sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy; Use a spatula to whip cream on the cake.
