Roasted Baby Potatoes – how to cooking
How to cook delicious potatoes for babies. Easy recipe, perfect accompaniment to meat or just served with a fresh salad.

Ingredient:
2 pounds new baby potatoes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Paprika
Minced garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Green onions for decoration
Direction
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Scrub the potatoes and soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes, leaving the skins on. In a small bowl, whisk oil with garlic and paprika.
3. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, use a potato masher to squeeze them carefully. Brush them with the oil mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then place them in a greased baking tray.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes until they are golden and crispy on the outside. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve hot with a fresh salad.
