Coffee syrup
2/3 cup (160ml) water
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
3 teaspoons (6g) instant coffee

Croustillant Chocolate
2.5 oz (70g) half a week chocolate
2.5 oz (70g) Paillette Feuilletine
Chocolate Ganache
Midweek Chocolate 5.5 oz (160g)
2/3 cup (160g) whipped cream

Butercream coffee
5 egg yolks, room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
3 tablespoons (45ml) of water
2 teaspoons (4g) instant coffee
1 1/4 cups (280g) butter, softened

chocolate glaze
7 oz (200g) half a week chocolate
2 tablespoons (30ml) canola oil
