1/3 cup (70g) sugar
3/4 teaspoon (3g) salt
1 cup (240g) buttermilk
4 tablespoons (56g) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract

4 oz (120g) whipped cream
4 oz (120g) half a week chocolate
