How To Make Kiwi Rolls

Kiwi is a small but dense fruit that is packed with nutrients. It is a very good fruit for women, pregnant women and growing children. I made my own jam using sweet and sour kiwi and made rolls, it was not too sweet and very delicious. I like the sour taste so I add lemon juice. 1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)

20g milk (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon)
20g vegetable oil (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

85g cake flour (1/2 cup + 1tbsp+1tsp)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

6 egg whites (210 g)
10g lemon juice
93 g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon)● Green kiwi jam
210g green kiwi (4-5 fruits)
65g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
7.5ml lemon juice (optional)
food coloring (optional)

● 30g heavy cream

50g thick cream
