How To Make Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredient:

Makes about 3-4 servings

1 head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
lemonade from half a lemon
1/2 teaspoon paprika or paprika
3 cloves minced garlic (optional)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Direction

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F 220C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl.

3. Pour olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice and sprinkle seasoning over the cauliflower. Toss the sleeves to even out the shirt.

4. Place the cauliflower flower in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.

5. Roast until tender and lightly brown, about 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with eggs, your favorite meat or simply as a snack.
