Making sauce for pork tenderloin
We love this sauce! Not only does it help keep the pork tender, but it also tastes good when poured over everything on your plate.
Beef broth – we use it to deglaze pans so that any tasty bits left behind after grilling the pork will be part of the sauce.
Apple cider vinegar – adds the best flavor.
Pork juice – when the pork roasts, it secretes a liquid, which becomes part of the sauce. um!
There are no additional steps required to make this sauce. When the tenderloin is ready to serve, remove it from the pan and pour the pan juice over the sliced pork.
