Ingredient
Make 12 muffins
1¾ cup (220g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (6g) baking salt
1/2 teaspoon (2g) salt
10 oz (300g) ripe banana, about 3 medium bananas
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (110ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instruct
Preheat oven to 375F and line a muffin tin with paper.
Combine flour, salt, baking soda and sugar in a bowl then mix well and set aside.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, add eggs, melted butter and vanilla then mix well.
Add the dry part to the wet part and mix together with a spatula until almost combined. Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing until dispersed and powder is incorporated.
Dispense dough into muffin tins and top with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake at 375F for 17-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center.
