1 pound (500g) ground beef and pork
1 small onion (80g), finely chopped
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup 35g) bread crumbs
2 small eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon (15g) Worcestershire sauce
fresh parsley, half bunch
3/4 teaspoon (4g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1g) black pepper

Instruct

Combine beef, veal, and pork in a large bowl. Mix cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Add the breadcrumbs and slowly mix in the water, 1/2 cup at a time, until the mixture is moist but retains its shape (I usually use about 1/4 cup water); shape into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan; Add the meatballs one at a time and cook until golden brown on all sides, slightly crispy, and cooked through for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
